Salon International des Ports et de leur Écosystème (SIPORTS 2026)
Tangier City Port Honoured to Participate in the First Edition of SIPORTS 2026 From 1 to 3 April 2026, Tangier City Port had the honour of participating in the first edition of SIPORTS - International Exhibition for Ports and Their Ecosystem, held at the Mohammed VI Exhibition Park in El Jadida.
This major event brought together key stakeholders from the port, maritime and logistics sectors to discuss issues related to innovation, performance and the sustainable development of ports. On this occasion, Tangier City Port reaffirmed its commitment to operational excellence, the modernization of port infrastructure, and the development of an innovative and competitive maritime ecosystem. Tangier City Port's participation was also marked by the intervention of Mr. Mohamed Ouanaya, President of the Tanger City Port Management Company (SGPTV), who shared the port's strategic vision and future development prospects.
The event also featured a contribution from Mr. Mohamed Maghazi, Harbour Master and Operations Director at Tanger City Port Management Company (SGPTV), who presented Tangier City Port's experience in port management, maritime safety and operational excellence. During these three days of exchanges and networking, Tangier City Port strengthened its relationships with institutional and industry partners while showcasing its expertise and achievements in support of Morocco's maritime influence. SIPORTS 2026 provided a valuable platform for dialogue and collaboration to collectively envision the ports of tomorrow and address the challenges facing the maritime sector.
